These businesses known as "Business Link Partners" or BLPs, are introduced to new ventures best suited to the firm's resources and needs.  After developing the concepts with BLPs, Venture Link then provides continuing support and guidance.

The phases of Venture Link's Franchise Factory include:

Business Consultations with BLPs to identify new opportunities, streamline operations and set the roadmap for long-term growth.

Business Introductions are made to BLPs from Venture Link's franchise concepts.

Franchise Contracts are created between the BLP's and franchise business with Venture Link providing support and guidance.

Site Development is provided to assist franchisees in locating and developing their own stores.

Store Opening is the beginning of the venture with Venture Link staff providing supervisory services to the new business.
